There are no accounts or cookies. Label and nutrition inputs stay in your browser. Nearby-store search sends your coordinates to this site’s server and the public data provider only after you allow location. Page requests can be recorded by an outside visit-log service.

Nearby-store coordinates are sent in a POST body, not a page URL, and are not stored by this site. The nearby API is excluded from the page-visit logging middleware. Hosting and provider infrastructure may apply their own log policies.

For each page request, by people and crawlers alike, the server can send the time, the address requested including its query string, the browser identifier (user agent), the IP address, the referring page and the country to an outside visit-log service the site uses to count search and AI crawler visits. No cookies or advertising trackers are set.

The name of that service and how long it keeps the log are not yet published here. Requests to see or delete visit data can be sent to info@kcstorefood.org.
